Five Guys — Restaurant in Warrenton

This location is OK. Staff is always friendly, never too crazy busy.

My biggest complaint though about this location is the service wait time. Most of the time I order online since my house is about 15 or so minutes away. EVERY SINGLE TIME I preorder my food online, when I arrive the 15 or 20 minutes later....they JUST put my food onto the grill or fryer. I kind of get it that they want it fresh when you arrive...but....isn't that the whole point of ordering on line so its READY when you get there?

Also, their fries are always soggy....if I request them to be well done, then they come out perfect but only if I request it.

Sometimes they also forget toppings...

I was taking my son and his girlfriend to the Dulles airport to fly back to Germany and we decided to stop on the way for lunch. This is the first time I have ever eaten at a Five Guys Restaurant and I found it very good. I had a Little Bacon Cheeseburger with grilled onions and the three of us split a large fries. It might have been a "Little" cheeseburger but it was enough to satisfy my hunger until I got back home. Service was fast and friendly and the tables and floors including the bathroom was clean. I also liked the idea of the free peanuts which were also pretty good.

Yep, I will go to a Five Guys again next time I am looking for a burger and fries and...

Me and my brother went and ate here and I went up and ordered my food and my brother went and ordered his food and then came to me and said did u hear what the cashier said to me and I said no and he said the she said " Did you guys work outside today?" He said yes "Well you smell like it" and I was so aggravated when he told me that. What kind of business are you running when the cashier tells the customers that they stink. So very disappointed with customer service and it wasn't very clean the floor was sticky. The food was great 5 stars on the food so if u don't mind being told u stink...
