BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE READ THIS: Couple things to mention.

#1: Called to place an order at 11:45pm and got off the phone at 11:47pm. Was told 15min for food to be ready. (I always give 5min extra) @12:06 I get a call saying "your food has been ready for a while. Where are you?" AS I'M PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT. This confused me because it's only 4 min past "agreed" time. As I walk in 2 tables are busy and my food is staying on the counter like it just came out as he called me.

#2 FOOD QUALITY: food was sooooo poor I wouldn't feed it to my dog. First of rice was clearly DAYS OLD. Fried rice meat was super dry, flavorless and chewy. General tsao was an abomination. BURNT chicken dosed in sauce. Chop suey gravey is just water. (SEE PHOTOS). When I went back, I told them to try the food and see if they would pay $24 for it.

#3 PORTION SIZE/COST. Are yall serious 5 sweet sour chicken pieces and 4 chop suey chicken for $15? Highway robbery on Naperville folks. Every other review on here says the same things.

#4 inflated ratings: if you look closely some reviews on here are fake and the accounts are not real. There has been remarks of owner giving discounts on good google reviews.

Avoid this place...

We probably won't make this our go-to because of price (and the portions weren't quite big enough to justify it IMO), but you can see the menu and decide price for yourself so I won't dock a star.

We got General Tao's, Mongolian Beef, and Sesame Chicken (see note). Egg rolls indeed are excellent. Ingredients seem fresh and quality for sure. It's Chinese food you feel good about eating.

Leftovers had that classic second-day takeout goodness. My favorite flavor was Mongolian Beef, my husband preferred the Tao's. Tao's was not spicy so we might ask for extra spicy next time, but flavorful. All came with some veggies in it and pork fried rice (v good).

Note about sesame chicken: if you're like me craving the guilty pleasure battered sesame chicken with a bit of a crunch and a slight sweetness, this isn't it. This tastes more wholesome and pure. Which is objectively great, but didn't fill that comfort hole in my heart. Just something to be aware of before ordering! I did really like its sauce on...

This has the best take out Chinese food. Order the egg rolls and crab Rangoon!! Ask for the HOMEMADE Sweet and Sour. Itโ€™s delicious. We always get both of those and the king pao beef and sweet and sour chicken. Their chicken noodle soup is so good when you are under the weather. We also love their egg drop and dumpling soup as well. Honestly there hasnโ€™t been anything there we havenโ€™t liked. Iโ€™ve been going here since I was a kid and my parents even longer. If you love crab Rangoon you will be disappointed everywhere else you have it after you try it here. The restaurant itself leaves little to be desired. Itโ€™s very clean but outdated but we never stayed to eat in. Always to go order. This a family business and they do their best to keep prices affordable. Always friendly and my order has only ever been wrong ONE TIME in like 1000+ visits. So amazing. And on top of it they wrote a note that next time they would give me an egg roll. Which they honored when I...

I've been coming here for a quarter century. I was surprised when I saw I hadn't reviewed this hidden gem! Tucked away in little strip mall, this place has been serving up some of the best Chinese food in the area for many years, and under the same owners. The owners are great... friendly, appreciative, and efficient. The atmosphere is old and unassuming, but clean with plenty of space for indoor dining. The prices are decent and the portions are plenty. But the food is the real reason you'll want to stop in at this China House. I find it to be perfectly flavorful and fresh on every occasion. You can get the spice level customized, but canned drinks or tap water are your options for washing it all down. If you like the Chinese dishes that are most popular in America, you'll love this place.

I've been going here since i was a child. I love this place, it is hands down the best chinese spot. Everything homemade and fresh to serve. Fast service, and outstanding flavor. Not to mention the amazing family that owns it.
