My family and I have been customers for years and at this particular location since grand opening. I ordered 4 meals, slopped together, crafted without care, and not made to specifications. I was interrogated when I called to share my experience (did not ask for any free items) and I offered to bring the food back to remake. I was assured it would be taken care of. I then received a phone call 15 minutes later from the same manager requesting pictures and accusing me of lying regarding not being able to send them as I was no longer at home. That conversation lasted 45 minutes and I was told all 4 meals would be replaced via coupon dropped in the mail.
Over two weeks later nothing received, manager refuses to replace the food, and owner’s instructions were for me to wait additional time so he can call the following day as opposed to simply replacing the order as promised. My experience was totally unprofessional and Culver’s of Warrenville showed they clearly do not appreciate everyone’s business. I’ve invested hundreds of dollars into this establishment since they opened, and now no more. I’ve never felt more devalued as a customer in my life. I wish I could give zero stars. Good luck on retaining customers if you’re handling everyone’s issues in...

The food was good, typical Culver's fare. Not spectacular just what you'd expect. The service was fine. The employees were nice enough and were having fun with one another. That said, they were more preoccupied with messing around on their cell phones than actually attending to guests and the facilities.
The facility is where things fell apart. The fact that the Newkirk's aren't too embarrassed to put their name on the receipts is pretty surprising. The lobby was completely ransacked. Every other table was dirty, and had piles of rubbish beneath them. The beverage station was filthy and the garbage was completely overflowing at every bin. The restrooms were disgusting. It looks like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I watched employees walking food out to the lobby and walking past the completely trashed lobby time and again only to do absolutely nothing about it.
I spoke with the manager on duty to ensure they had a chance to rectify these issues so that other customers aren't as appalled as I was. If the parts of the restaurant your customers can see are this dirty, what do the kitchen areas look like that we can't see.
I won't return to...
Read moreI love Culver’s so I frequent them often. Everyday, for the past 2 weeks, I’ve been going to the Culver's of Warrenville, IL - Illinois Rte 59. I normally order the Deluxe (meal.) Yesterday, I decided to try the Cod fish sandwich. (I also purchased the Deluxe meal.)
The sandwich was soggy. The bread AND the breading on the sandwich were soggy. I called and spoke with Hannah, who said she was one of the managers. She said that the person I’d speak to to solve my issue was busy because of a fund raiser and he’d call me back. (I never got a call back.) So, I literally just called them back and Hannah said that they would replace my sandwich, only, with a burger that I normally get, and if I wanted fries and drink, there will be an up charge for that. She also stated a refund can only be done in person.
The fact that I’m inconvenienced by having to go all the way back up there, is baffling. Then, to say that you can only replace the sandwich and I’ll be charged $3.00+ for the meal is also baffling. So, if Culver’s is willing to lose a customer over $3.00, that’s their choice, but as a business owner, that’s never a wise...
