If you going there from 6:00-9:30 don’t waste your time because there are two 10th graders that always get my order wrong. At least every time that I have gone there to get the same thing which is a royal Oreo blizzard which usually isn’t royal and when My mom asks for a chocolate fudge Sunday it usually isn’t chocolate. We usually don’t care but today they gave me a regular fudge Sunday and a REGULAR STRAWBERRY blizzard when I asked for a chocolate fudge Sunday and a royal Oreo blizzard. After realizing after I got home I went back and realized that they closed it 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to. Read moreI have never had such a blatantly rude customer service experience. Hours listed online say close at 9:30. I wait behind two other cars at 8:55pm. Those two cars are served. As I pull up to the drive through window (because the doors to order inside were locked), a worker turns off the open sign and locks the window with a closed sign.
