Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warrenville

Three stars for the friendly employees. We're regular customers here but today was the last straw. There have been issues in the past with orders done wrong, but I've let it slide because the employees are nice and they usually fix it. Today I ordered a medium black coffee and got ROOM TEMPERATURE coffee. Not hot, not even warm, not cold, but room temperature. It was disgusting and I had to throw it out. Went back, explained, and got another one. SAME thing. There's no way that the burner is on, and if it is, it's broken. Had to throw out two cups of coffee (which I hate to do because it's wasteful). If I wanted room temp or iced coffee I would've ordered one. If you made a cup of coffee, turned the burner off, and left the pot on for 3 or 4 hours, you'd have the same experience as me.

I'll stick to making coffee at home and using my thermal cups to transport. This place was nice for grabbing something on the go but it's not worth the wasted time and effort.

This store is still pretty new. It started out a little rough so some of the older reviews saying ‘slow’ or ‘wrong order’ were correct, but I pass this location every day on the way to work and it has vastly improved in a very short time - especially the morning rush shift. My morning service here has been outstanding for a while now. The order taker at the drive thru is articulate and verifies your order. My orders have been completed very soon after rolling up to the window and the girl that tends to work the window when I drive up in the morning has been great. They don’t wear name tags or I would love to call her out by name. She is friendly, pleasant, smiles and makes the day start out positively. Sad that this isn’t the norm for a customer-service position but she is who you would hope to have help you as a customer. The manager is smart to have her always work the morning window. I went to this location after working a 12 hour shift at the hospital. I ordered a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, an order of snacking bacon, a bacon and cheese croissant stuffer and a large iced matcha latte with almond milk and French vanilla. I get to the window Pay and notice that my drink is incorrect it’s a mocha instead of a matcha. I thought it was a simple mistake and informed the girl working the register. She hands me a bag announced told the other people working that I was a liar and that they had all heard me order a mocha but that they would remake my French vanilla. I don’t want to argue and I don’t want someone who is this rude making my food. So I leave without my drink. Once I get home I realize that the only thing in the bag is a bagel with regular cream cheese. So the only food I left there with was incorrect. Honestly after having an incredibly difficult shift at the Hospital i just wanted to have a coffee and breakfast for the drive home. I don’t recommend coming to...
