Pizza King — Restaurant in Warsaw

I used to love this Pizza King. The Pagan guy was quirky and loved to talk but it was the best place to get pizza in Warsaw. The last 3 times I’ve ordered I waited 40 min to an hour longer than the time the website suggested I need to pick it up. 2 of the 3 times, my pizza wasn’t even started yet. Every time I’ve been in to pick up my order, there are 5 young people complaining or saying that they don’t know what is going on. Last time, the shift leader was complaining so loudly that she could be heard from where myself and two other people were waiting for our orders in the hallway. She was saying that she is NOT coming in tomorrow so everything needs cleaned today and she does NOT care how it gets done. It is really disappointing that my favorite restaurant has gone completely down hill like this. It is just too expensive to ALSO have terrible and late service. Lastly, the pizza has been different each of the 3 times recently. Almost like no one in there actually knows how’s to make it right. I guess I have to find somewhere else to...

The pizza is so good. I love the pizza. The food, however, is extremely expensive and overpriced. The service is severely lacking and when mistakes happen a jury is basically called in to prove any wrongdoing before any mistakes are corrected.

The wrong order was given to me and when I called to ask for the right order, I was instructed to bring in the wrong order for inspection before they'd consider making a new one. They took the incorrect pizza and replaced it however in that amount of time, the original pizza that actually was right in my order was cold.

As I said, the product is great. Expensive but good. I would expect a bit better service and treatment when a mistake is made, especially for the prices of the food.

My family and I enjoy and love coming here. It's a family tradition that we are carrying down to our children. We have a non verbal child who screams when he wants or needs something. Something a parent can't help or control. Here lately we haven't been in because the older guy who is a manager I think John, has made me feel not wanted there.like my child isn't wanted there because of his outburst. We have been told whatan annoying child we have. And is there anything else he does besides scream. I'm sorry a manger shouldn't talk to customers that way. We have made complaints to other employees about his comments. Beside him this place has an amazing the crew. They make you feel welcomed and if our child is having outburst they ask if there's anything...
