the servers are nice and patient. we go in frequently (individually throughout the week or the whole family for sunday) and we have a big family so we all order food and then order ice cream so with us it can be kinda chaotic, we also spend a big amount of food cause they are pretty pricey. They know who we are bc of how often we come in but the other day my mom and i went in and the main girl was rude and acted like she didn’t know who we were and was snarky towards us, she seems to only act nice when my dad is with us bc he's the one that gets up to pay and obviously leaves the tip, but little does she know that it’s my mom who decides what the tip is bc if it were up to my dad he would leave little to nothing, so now we’ve decided to not go back. we do love going there the food is good, except their birria. it was good to begin with but now it just doesn’t taste good especially the noodles. the only problem we had with that place to begin with is that they have the tv at a high volume and have music playing at high volume too and it’s a small place so add that in with customers and its overwhelming and overstimulating which makes conversation hard, you almost have to yell. it’s sad really, it’s one of our favorite places to eat. Honestly reading some of their responses to other peoples reviews, is shocking, we work in the restaurant industry and own a restaurant and when we get “bad” reviews we take it into consideration and we always reply in a kindly manner and apologize, whoever responds to these reviews is just snarky and rude as if they did nothing wrong so i can’t wait to see how they...

This place is always a treat for my family. There’s an amazing selection of snacks and ice cream but the highlight is the Mexican food. I recommend everyone to try the queso Birria tacos. They are absolutely delightful. (Mexi-hint: don’t wear any white shirts when you eat this. It WILL stain and ruin your shirts) they sell two types of quesobirria. You can order the tacos in individually or you can order a set of tacos with the consume. I hi Lorette recommend getting the consumer that you can then dip the tacos in that is the ticket!

The burritos are phenomenal. The soups are phenomenal. Even the Birria Ramen is phenomenal.

Food was mediocre. Called and was told it would be 10 minutes until the food was done. Parking lot was packed, had to park elsewhere and walk on the main road because the sidewalks were not plowed. There isn't any pricing of anything on their chalkboard menu. And no description of what's what either. I wanted to order food for two and ended up having to buy a second lunch elsewhere because I ordered two quesabirrias thinking they would be the size of a quesadilla, give or take. I was mistaken.
