Taco Bell — Restaurant in Warsaw

Ordered on the app for pick up at the Drive Thru. When we got there, the woman said to pull around. We waited for at least 15 minutes until an employee walked by laughing said “y’all can go in.” There was our food and drinks sitting. I grabbed it and then realized the sauces were all missing. So I had to go back and get them. I have no probably going inside to get my food but it would have been nice to have been told at the drive thru that they weren’t going to bring it out when it was ready and I needed to come in and get it. I’m use to pulling around while it’s being made so I don’t hold up the line, but not pulling around and then going inside and waiting for it. I’m frustrated that we wasted our time waiting for our food while it was sitting there getting cold on...

Great place to stop for poor service and horrible food. We stopped @ 3:00pm on a Saturday, no other customers in the store, and were told we had to order via the kiosk while the employees stood leaning on the food prep table. The "food" was delivered in a reasonable amount of time for what was ordered. I believe I could have put the order together the way came out f the bag in less than 30 seconds. Taco Bell has been going down hill for some time now with smaller portions and poor service for years but it seems that Taco Bell Management cares less and less about customer service and the food quality and only about profits. The chalupa crust was literally cold and partly frozen. Burrito wraps and the paper surrounding it were half undone, half of all the fillings spilling out. Forgot to ring up the 1 thing I wanted so asked for my card back to swipe again. They told us they aren’t doing nacho fries anymore, not that they are out that they don’t exist despite all of the signs advertising it and the official Taco Bell website saying otherwise. Offered no alternative for the advertised $5 box since the fries were unavailable. Not much pride in their work or safety...
