Sooo, I know this business is fairly new. And I think it is a fantastic concept and if they play their cards right I'm sure it's going to take off. Unfortunately I ate my pierogies too fast and forgot to take photos of them. So just a few things, presentation of the pierogies was on point. I do have to say though they were very Bland and did not have hardly any taste to them. They could also add more dipping sauces as the amount that we got was not nearly enough. I think if they could maybe use a different type of oil to fry them and maybe use a bit more spices in the fillings, this place would take off and make a million dollars. We also tried the buffalo chicken pierogies. The Taste was good but it was very dry. They could also add a little bit more toppings. I was expecting to get a bit more toppings with the pierogies, but all in all it was still pretty good. I'm not sure if they make the pierogies the day of or on the day of sale, but the Pierogi feeling kind of tasted like they've made the pierogies and froze them and thaw them out as needed as the potato mixture was a bit scratchy you can say. It wasn't a very smooth texture. I'm sure I'll definitely come back. The employees were on point and very courteous and kind. One thing I would recommend is not cooking the pierogies right beside the cash register. Kind of weird. But kudos! I hope this restaurant...
Read moreWe visited this restaurant on Saturday, 3/29/25, after seeing great reviews online and were excited to try their pierogis. Unfortunately, our experience was really disappointing. When we arrived, there was just one person ahead of us ordering, but a system error delayed our order by about 10 minutes. After finally placing our order, we waited at least 30 minutes before checking in—only to find out our order was never even passed along to the kitchen.
We ended up asking for a refund, which was handled very poorly. I paid with Apple Pay, but the refund was handed to me in cash, directly from the chef’s pocket, and I didn’t get the full amount back. The cashier seemed completely unsure of how to process the refund properly. After wasting around 40 minutes and leaving hungry and frustrated (and out about $4.73), we decided not to stick around any longer. She seemed more worried about us paying for the dollar soda we drank. Obviously had no problem paying for that.
While I had high hopes based on positive reviews, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. I hope the restaurant can improve their order handling and provide better training for their staff to avoid situations like this in the future.
On top of this I sent an email directly to the business and receive zero response. Yet another...
Read moreA total disappointment. The person taking orders was very rude. She could hardly be bothered to take our order. It was awkward standing there as she gave us an impatient look. Other people were eating. Their food was burnt. Luckily, ours was not. As we waited more than 30 minutes for our to go order. Three women came on the order taker said we close in 15 minutes so I'm not taking any more orders. We will not be returning. High prices it's about $3 dollars per pierogi, coupled with rude staff.
Being short staffed is the universal excuse for bad service. A good manager would have insisted all staff take time to eat throuh out the day. If you take pride in over extending staff that is sad. Having her take on so much she couldn't even eat. You should have done as you said and closed. Her poor attitude us your fault.
We didn't get what we ordered. I was supposed to get 4 potato onion pierogi none of them tasted of onion nor did I see any onion. We ordered the sampler also. The menu says you get 6 pierogis, it came with only 4. Only one had meat, the others only potato no cheese or onion. We were gratefut the other 2 orders were correct.
Turning away customers before you close is rude as well as being bad for business. If you want to take your last order at 2:45 say you close at...
