Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick

I have been coming to this Dunkin for years and I love the people who work there. However, I have had multiple problems with them forgetting things from my mobile order. They constantly forget something or give me the wrong order: I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just keeps happening. The other day they yet again gave me the wrong order, I went back to get the rest of my order because they forgot my bagel and hash-browns. Once I got home I realized they didn’t give me cream cheese with my bagel. It’s more frustrating because the food is for my kids and they constantly forget my donuts or get my food wrong or they forget my cream cheese or they give me the completely wrong order altogether! During February vacation however, I didn’t have any problems and all of my orders were perfect but once February vacation ended my orders went back to normal again with things missing or the wrong items. It’s getting to the point where I think it’s on purpose and it’s not even an accident anymore because my orders are not that hard I literally get the same thing every day they know who I am and they still get my order wrong. I never have any problems like this at any other Dunkin I go to. It’s very inconvenient for me to constantly have my order wrong which is the reason why I won’t be coming back to this Dunkin again. I've been going here for years out of convenience. I live less than a half mile away. Most recently, the past two years. Service has gone downhill. I have tipped very well, especially during this pandemic. In hopes service would improve. But today was the worst experience I've had in a while. I was in a hurry. Went to drive thru. I ordered 2 coffees and 3 donuts. I had to repeat order 3 times in the speaker. I get to the window. The young man takes my card. Charges it. Opens window and says what do you want for your 5 donuts. I said I only ordered 3. He takes a few minutes and gives me money back and apologized. He says what 3 donuts do you want? ( Basically 5th time I've said the order. ) I tell him. It takes two times to get them. Ok. Window closes I wait in a now very long line.. Feels like forever but close to a minute. A girl comes to window and says did you pay yet? I said yes I'm waiting on 2 coffees. I say them again. She hands me something. I can see it's visibly wrong. She says no it's right. She asks a friend. She says your right he's making the right one. She hands me another visably wrong coffee. I say it's supposed to be black. She hands me a black coffee . I put it in drive and tell her this is still wrong. It's supposed to be large. I couldn't take it anymore. So I still got charged for a large and got the wrong order. I think they lost...

Came by Friday night to get an iced coffee on the way home from work and The iced coffee was completely wrong. I saw a larger darker kid throwing munchkins in the floor and eating pizza. I asked for extra light coffee the first time and they gave me a dark coffee which instantly concerned me. The bigger kid just stared at me and took bites of his pizza as bis co worker continued to mess up my coffee for the second time. The third time he finally got it right as the bigger kid made it. Was a bad experience but the coffee did end...
