Read moreI stopped by after meeting a friend for a walk at rocky point, I carried my 12lb dog inside w me not to leave him in the car. I ordered an iced latte and a cookie, knowing I would be right in and out. The first girl seemed nice enough and started making my order. The other manager/ young staff came over to inform me dogs were not allowed. I explained I didnât want to leave him in the car since itâs summer and I just had an iced latte (simple order) and I held my dog the entire time I was in. Ok, so a neighborhood coffee shop doesnât allow dogs I get it, I was using my best judgement in a food establishment by holding him/not keeping him in the car. But she repeated herself in a different phrasing, kinda like being scolded in a âcustomer servicey â scolding about their policy and remember next time not to bring him. Thatâs annoying as heck. I can read between the lines but you were not listening I was doing my best to compromise being in as quick as possible w a simple order and held my dog the entire time. Meanwhile your shop is on the way to a popular park where people bring their dogs. I live 4 mins away, the first time it smelled like burnt toast and I wasnât impressed. The Cookie is mediocre at best. I will literally drive to Latte Love or Feliciaâs 20 mins away or go to a chain than back here. Oh and the other places offer treats for dogs, I wouldnât even bring him unless itâs coming to or from a park. Iâm not one that brings my...
Read moreUsed to be an almost daily customer often spending upwards of $30 a trip despite the overpriced and bland coffee & food that seldom & never consistently tastes good but bc my daughter loved coming here & I enjoyed the atmosphere bc of the service/staffâŠuntil today⊠thanks to the rudest, miserable employee speaking rudely from the start, rolling her eyes, responding rudely, disrespectful gestures & in the most petty action -even telling her fellow coworker to not make my sandwichâit was outrageous & to the point where my sweet 5 year old noticed her teenage temper tantrum in disbelief at how poorly we were being treated as well as another poor customer next to us who waited about a half hour for 1 sandwichâŠpretty sad that a 5 yo has better, kinder manners, attitude, and personality smh but doesnât take much apparently in this case to surpass those attributes.
Never in my life have I been met with such disgusting, disrespectful customer service. Presto should be embarrassed for employing this immature brat (and Iâm using kind words here) especially to work at a register interacting with customers. If you hate your job & people so much maybe work somewhere else maybe somewhere that doesnât require you to be personable, kind human especially to a small sweet child. Who wants to overpay and wait 40 min to be treated like that. Iâll be heading to Ritual down the street instead-delicious coffee,...
