I rarely, and I mean RARELY, ever write a review. This might be my 2nd or 3rd review ever but, on this occasion it is much deserved. I haven’t been to this McDonalds in over a year because of a terrible previous experience. I decided to give it another try because it is literally a 5 minute drive from my house. I ordered a Big Mac meal and tried to order pies but, as I learned years ago, this McDonalds never has any pies Apple or Strawberry. I know they at least used to carry them because I have purchased them here before. Drive through was quick and friendly which is about the only nice thing I have to say about this location. But I would rather them take their time and actually serve me edible food. Upon receiving my order I parked to make sure my order was correct. At closer examination I realized the fries were literally ice cold and limp. I legitimately couldn’t find a single warm, crunchy or non-floppy fry. I thought to myself, there is an hour and a half before they close, maybe their arms are too tired to drop the fry basket into the oil and if they were dropped already how long were these sitting there. Too hungry to wait in the line of cars that had formed I proceeded to drive home. When I arrived home and opened the Big Mac box I was dumbfounded. The Big Mac was literally in pieces. It looked like someone put a lit firecracker in the box and shut it. The top bun was literally in 4 pieces and the burger was not in burger form. More like a burger salad with a crumbled bun mixed in. As I tried to pull together the pieces to squish them back into some sort of sandwich-like form, the bun was so stale it continued to crumble into hundreds of pieces. I legitimately had to squish it into a ball to even try to take a bite, with little success and just more crumbling. I didn’t think a McDonalds experience could get much worse than the last time I came here but, boy was I wrong. I would avoid this McDonalds at ALL COSTS!!! I wasted my money and ended up having to go to Wendys. If contemplating between the two in this area I suggest GO TO WENDY’S, avoid this location. I will never be going to this McDonalds again and my experiences here have significantly demoted McDonalds in my list of fast food options. I hope this review helps someone not make the same mistake I did in paying for inedible food on more than...
Read moreIt was like the store was being runned by 13 years old. It started at the window when we where asked what what wanted. I gave our order when asked and then literally two minutes later another voice comes asked what we wanted. So I said my order again and she. Never acknowledges what we're saying for the fact that we have asked for two Happy Meals. The order is on the screen but she still hasn't replied to us with even up 2 letter word. So we waited probably another 2 minutes to hear a reply from her. She never bothered to say anything so we just drove up to the window. When we got to the window the lady there gave us an attitude but it wasn't too bad so we got our money moves to the second window. At the second window the girl who answered to the window could we didn't want to be there candid the happy meals with an attitude to my wife and then when my wife asked if she had put Ranch in the Happy Meals the girl replied I don't know I didn't make them. So pretty much we asked her to do something that she didn't want to do it and gave us Ranch and we got an increased level of attitude when you given the ranch cups. All in all this is probably been my worst experience at a fast food place ever. It's really hard to get across how much attitude was given to us from ordering food from your establishment but the best way to describe it is it was an inconvenience for them to not only Supply us the food that we ask for and the correct stuff that...
Read moreIf I could rate this store a zero I would. A friend and I went to grab breakfast today, we each got the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown. Get our food, and drive all the way home to find out they gave us 2 of the wrong sandwiches. I called the store 13 times, with no answer- finally ended up driving all the way back to get it corrected and politely asked them to remake all the food because it was now cold. They hand me my bag and as I’m driving away, I notice they didn’t put the hash browns in there. I reluctantly get back in line YET AGAIN (3rd times the charm I guess) and ask for the hash browns, and the employee actually had the audacity to give me an attitude and question me about my entire order- thank god I had my receipt to prove that I was there minutes earlier and paid for everything that I asked to be remade. Being a former McDonald’s employee, I’m flabbergasted with the total lack of motivation behind this customer service team. I ordered 4 sandwiches, just the way they come, and 2 hash browns- it wasn’t a difficult order by any means and I can’t comprehend how it managed to get screwed up 3 times, really set me in a bad mood for the start of my day- they really need to get it...
