I arrived at the farm yesterday at 8:55 am. There was a long line. It was my first time there. I wasn't sure what to expect but was looking forward to trying a bag of paw paws. They were almost out (only two bags left) when I reached the front of the line. The fruit was puny, and I could smell a strong odor. I opened the bag at my car and saw that the fruit was not only tiny but also rotten. I wanted to return them, but when I walked back up the road the gate was already locked. Read moreAwesome experience! Great farm, lots of bushes, plenty of delicious berries. Reasonable price. The owners are great too! They have a nice picnic area, as an extra bonus 😁 Will definitely come for more fruit soon.
One small hitch - our son got a tick on him right away. Good thing he noticed it. I think the presence of the ticks is inevitable since some animals come for the berries and carry those pests on them. So just a word of caution - watch...
