I stopped in at this place while driving up the Lake Superior shoreline. Generally speaking, my experience was somewhat dull. The menu was not large and the service was kind of impatient and not very personable.

As for food, I ordered the burger, which supposedly is one of the more popular items on the menu. It was very average if you ask me.

However, the beer selection was good. I only had a Budwiser though before heading back on the road.

The atmosphere was pretty bar-like, if that makes sense. It was upbeat but not really unique or anything memorable.

We eat here when we stay up in Washburn for work, though have been dining less frequently here. Patsy's has your general selection of bar food and some is done quite well- appetizers and specifically the cheese curds. The main burgers and sandwiches don't quite meet our expectations, I have gotten burgers and the chicken sandwich in the past and our other workers have gotten mostly burgers. On the chicken sandwich, there isn't much for flavoring other than char but the char is a bit much and overpowers leaving a bitter taste.
