Buyer beware. What they list in their online menu is not what you end up getting. I guess you are suppose to just know what they put in their food so you can request it be made without it. For example. The quesadilla allows you to choose chicken or beef. You can add sauces for additional charge. Ok. Great. So we think chicken and cheese as stated. Nope. It’s filled with rice, tomatoes etc. how would we know that? It’s not listed so how do you know to tell them to remove it? (Online order). Of course the kids wouldn’t eat it and into the trash it went. What if someone has an allergy? You actually have no idea what you are getting since it isn’t in the description. What I did ask to be removed from a sandwich wasn’t. Apparently it allows you to write special request but doesn’t save it. If you don’t notice that then that’s your problem. Another meal in the trash. Do yourself a favor. Spell it out. Double check their special request section it doesn’t always save ( did for one meal not the other) and be prepared to get stuff you had no idea was in the dish. Or just skip it altogether. Read moreI was very disappointed. My husband recently lost his dog and we were coming here for a memorial dinner. We ordered ribeye steaks, and when they came to the table, they were not ribeye’s. So we had to wait for the server to get her attention after serving other tables to question it. The manager came out from the back and took our complaint, and when she went in the back to speak to the chef, she was told they don’t have any ribeye steaks, but we were never informed of it so they gave us a different type of steak. So they took the steaks back and re-cooked them so that they would be the temperature we ordered which was medium rare not medium and we’ve got two fresh steaks that were cold inside. At this point, I didn’t want my steak taken back because I just wanted to take it home and cook it the way I’d like it. Now I have to worry about what my steak looks and tastes like this time. Read moreI tried to order through their online ordering, where it went to a white page and said an error occurred after I hit place order. When I went back in my cart was empty and nothing was ordered. Instead of trying again I just called the store to order. I picked up my food and about an hour later I got a call from them asking why I didn’t come get my food.. little did I know my order apparently did go through online and I WAS charged twice.. I was told on the phone I would be refunded since I was not coming to pick up the second order (which was the exact same as I called in with the exact same name so I’m not sure how that wasn’t questioned to begin with) After calling two more times that week when I WAS NEVER REFUNDED..
