I was so excited to see that a taco bell was going to be close to where I live and couldn't wait to go! I have been there twice now and have had my order completly messed up, staff was not friendly at all and the wait time was crazy! Granted, this is a new taco bell that just opened and im sure it's been hectic but get it together please. Taco bell fans might want to go to a different location for now. They need to work on customer service a little more and maybe how to wrap a taco so you don't end up getting a salad all over you. Also, if you have a big truck do not attempt the tiny drive thru! Plenty of parking behind the building, you might want to try that first! They worked with the space they had but its tiny! Not a fan so far but it's close so I'll probably give it another...

I was happy like many others to get a Taco Bell in town. I've been 5 times spaced out pretty evenly since the opening. Each time I said I would never go back. The burrito beef Supreme has always been a favorite classic menu item for me for 30 years in states all across the United States. That said, each time here at this location the burrito beef Supreme is a barely warm brown soupy slop mixture that makes identification of ingredients impossible that melts through the tortilla almost immediately. Just nasty gross slop. Please save yourself and family from this disappointment, at best. I kept coming back thinking there would be improvement. I'm done with this location and will be contacting the Taco Bell Corporation to report my experiences at this franchise location. ...

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but MY GOD. This Taco Bell in Washington NJ has to have the SLOWEST service in the entire state. Example it’s 11 am not 1 customer in the store or at the drive thru I’m waiting at the counter kid you not waited for any employee’s and finally one came after a 5 minute wait that’s unacceptable specially when you have 4 employees there and no customers. This happens every time so far as well. There manager doesn’t even work in the morning lol. Who ever owns this Taco Bell should seriously reconsider some employees. As soon as a customer comes you must greet the no excuses. They don’t care because you don’t care. This place won’t last long.
