Every time we come here there is always an upset customer. This time, it was my turn….. it was only a matter of time based on the numbers.

The ordering area is a cluster unless you are the only one there because it funnels everyone into a small area where others are waiting and there is no organization whatsoever. Been coming here at least once a week with my daughter for a while. Today I was ignored for 10-15 mins while the counter person had a personal conversation with another customer and didn’t even acknowledge us. I don’t mind conversing with other customers but don’t ignore me as I stand there for quite some time. I just wanted to order 2 slices. I had to call their phone from INSIDE the waiting area to get my order in (there was only 1 other customer there). Then I waited another 10 mins for 2 slices of pizza to be warmed up for my daughter that never came. When I told them we are just going to pay for our soda (only because it was open) and leave they all of a sudden tried to give us our 2 slices which looked like they were sitting on the counter waiting to be served to us for a while. When we declined the slices they put them back in the display pan seemingly to be reheated yet again for someone else.

On top of this, this place gave me a fake 20 dollar bill for change the last month. I told them this and employee told me they always use the pen in the drawer to check. I call BS. From my time there hearing them deal with other customer complaints I have heard a number of excuses from this particular employee….. I should have started an excuse bingo.

I always pay cash here to help this place out….. apparently it isn’t appreciated nor is my steady business and generous tips for reheating pizza.

The owner is nice and friendly especially to my daughter but apparently wasn’t there when this happened…. Or so they said. Hardly got an apology before they started denying that I was standing there for a ridiculous amount of time.

If you come here, bring extra patience and check your change for counterfeit money.

The menu states that prices have increased due to covid and the menu may not reflect these changes. With that being said, I ordered a Florentine panini and my sister ordered the eggplant parm sandwich. When asked what we liked to drink, we both said water. The waitress didn't ask if tap was OK or bottled. She brought one, 16 Oz. Poland spring bottle to the table. The meals were very good. It was the price that left us flabbergasted. The total was $28 and some change. At least two more dollars was added to each sandwich. The Poland Spring water was $2.00. The menu stated if paying cash, you get 10% off your order. Well, there's a catch: you have to spend $50-$100 in order to get the discount. It doesn't state that in the menu. The waitress never came back to our table to see how our meal was, if we needed anything else or if we wanted dessert or coffee, and we were there for a good 1/2 hour or more. There were only 3 ppl in the restaurant at the time. I had to get up and ask for a "to go" container and the check (they dont give you a physical copy either, it was verbal). The owner, I think it was the owner, kept taking phone calls when we were asking him questions about the pricing of our meal. It's unfortunate that this is how our experience had ended at this restaurant but we won't...

This place used to be very good I have been ordering from for 4 years at least once or twice a week. The last 3 times was the worst experience ever.

First time they delivered the food to the wrong house and kept us waiting for hour and half with starving kids.

Second time we ordered wings they asked us 10 or 15 so we orders 10 and when we got home was 8 in it we called and asked why and they said the cost has gone up so we gave 2 less I was shocked. Told them why didn’t u just tell us over the phone we would have ordered more.

3rd and last time we ordered 3 pizza when I got there they had a promo for 2 pies and sodas for 25 so I said can I do 2 of those promos I will wait for the 4th pizza. The guy behind the counter was very rude and was like no you can’t only 1 was so rude like he didn’t want to make the other promo. I took my 3 pies and left and said I will never order...
