2 stars only because the food is good and we've had good service in the past.
We went in for lunch on 11-26 at around 1. There were a couple open tables but we chose to sit at the bar so we could see all the games. There was only one bartender working while we were there, and about 6 other people sat around the bar.
My wife ordered a flight (it's 4 little pours here) and I wasn't asked what I'd like our if I wanted anything at all. The bartender walked away, and helped a few other people before finally pouring my wife's beer. I don't know if she just assumed we were going to share, but I had to get her attention to order a beer of my own. I probably would have ordered a flight as well, but didn't want to wait so I just ordered one I'd had before. She came back after a few minutes and we ordered lunch.
After she dropped off the food, she completely ignored us. Seriously, my wife had to flag a waitress down (while they were getting a water for one of their tables) to let someone know she wanted another beer. The waitress had to go over and tell the bartender we wanted something.
I still had about 1/2 my beer so I didn't order another one. Probably should have, because in the additional 20 minutes we were, she never came by again. When it was clear she had decided we were done, we had to basically climb on the bar to get her attention long enough to ask...
Read moreI called ahead to see if they were playing the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson fight, which they were. This bar has very nice screens and amazing recliners in the front row.
4/5 stars for presentation. They played 7 feeds simultaneously on the main screen. As I was trying to focus on boxing, the patrons behind me had a running dialog about a football game happening on a side screen. That is extremely annoying. Play nothing but the main event, on the main screen
3/5 for drinks, they are delicious, yet they aren't strong and are extremely overpriced
4/5 for food. We had the cobb salad and ribs. The fries were overcooked, they had some strange exterior coating that I'm not used to tasting on fries
0/5 for the server Lacy. After the main event and the crowds left, I went to the bar for a to-go box. I noticed all 4 bartenders were cleaning. That's fine. 1 min passes with no acknowledgement. 2 minutes pass. A couple joins behind me in line. 3 minutes pass. 4 minutes pass with no acknowledgement. 5 minutes pass. The couple goes to sit at the bar, since they are tired of standing. Lacy immediately went over to serve them, bringing them drink coasters, menus, and asking what they would like to drink.
I had been standing at the bar, right in front of her for 5 minutes. She is an...
Read moreUpdate: Back to 210 brewing for another fantastic meal and my favourite new dessert - the key lime cheesecake! I also want to give a shout out to our amazing server, Anneliese. She is an absolute gem, so friendly, personable and fun. She adds another level of great to our dining experience. We've managed to sit in her section twice and she's just the best!
We decided to come out to the casino and have a meal and play some machines. We usually go to Jade Fusion but decided we wanted some "pub fare" this time. 210 was quite busy but we were able to snag a couple seats at the bar. Friendly bartender and a good vibe. My beer expert husband was quite pleased with the selections and really enjoyed the 20th Anniversary Scotch Ale and the Raspberry Pineapple Wheat. We also ordered food. I ordered the PNW crunch and it's one of the best burgers I've had in some time. I loved the crunch of the potato crisps and the delicious red onion relish! The fries are amazing with a lovely crunchy coating and a nice soft inside. My husband had the Angry Hawaiian and really enjoyed the flavour but did comment that it's not really that hot as far...
