Katie’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Washington

I've been going to Katie's kitchen for over a year.... It is the most affordable meal destination in Washington state first off, them being actually 24/7, I think people need to understand how difficult that can be. (not to mention the patience they must have dealing with such a range of demographic customers)

It may have the best service that Angels has, that's what really makes them stand out. Anyone who would say else wise I would love to see them take on such a task of their duties. I specifically come there in late hours of the night mostly, sometimes during the day, either way they are nothing but top notch with their patience and wonderful attitude, I'd name drop each individual, but the list would be to long, as they all are deserving of raises its not even funny (specifically the night shift)

Use the app, it won't take 23-28 minutes like it says when it's slow, help them help you, and enjoy monthly specials at a less than 10$ retail price, seriously... where else can you get more value from.

Also, it's weird they seem to only hire supermodels, I feel bad for my kind of people, but ya know.... they know who deserves the best, which is us, being cared...

Really bad food. Far worse than even McDonald's. I was extremely dissapointed. 25 minute wait for a "cheese steak" which was a cheap small bun, two slices of roast beef lunch meat, low quality cheese, and a few tiny strands of onion. It didn't taste good.

I also got a "cherry pie" and it was a disgusting no bake fake powder crust with canned corn syrup cherry filling and a small amount of whip cream. It wasn't real pie and was disgusting with a chemical taste. I threw it away.

The coleslaw that came with my sandwhich was wilted and had a slight alcohol taste to it. Very disappointed. I cannot believe this is worse than McDonald's. Usually casinos have resturaunts to draw people in. This was a long wait for trash, I also left hungry from a two slice roast beef lunch meat fake...

The cashier was incompetent and did not understand what I was telling her whatsoever. Paid $4.06 for the “Angel Rings” (onion rings) and got 6 onions that were barely cooked thru and had a BLACK HAIR IN IT! The cooks need to wear beard nets and gloves that are clean! I saw one of them touch their face and go back to touching food. I went up and complained about my food, the lady looked at me confused, showed it to one of the cooks and he told the other guy to throw in more onion rings then she pointed out the hair, the cook looked over and gave me a dirty look and aggressively shoved a new container of food at me. Will not be buying food from them again at all! Avoid this place if you want hairless and...
