La Perla del Mar 2 — Restaurant in Parkland

I ordered two entrees via DoorDash. When I got the order, I realized one of the orders shrimp and octopus ceviche was missing! I called the restaurant, and was told to call the dasher that maybe he left it in the car. So I called the dasher, he said he didn’t have it. I called the restaurant again and this time was told the order was still on the counter, they forgot to pack it! I asked if somebody could deliver it, they said they didn’t have anyone. I had to go pick it up. It beats the purpose of delivery since DoorDash charges fee even for pick order through them. How could the restaurant be so careless? Our first time there was on a Sunday and we went to listen to the mariachi group play music. The food was excellent, no complaints. We got seated right away. If you like seafood this is a place for you. The only complaint I would have is that the music is so loud that you can't have a conversation with your family and you can't even order or ask about the menu because the music is so loud. The music is good I just wish the volume wasn't so high. We took my mom age 74 so she enjoyed it except for the super loud music. Not what I was expecting.
