Burger King — Restaurant in Washington

Walked into this restaurant upon opening at 1030 on a Sunday. We go to order and they tell us we can't anything that comes off the grill because it's not functioning properly.(which is obviously a lie, they just didn't turn it on in time.), We can only order items that are fried. This is irrelevant anyhow since I am vegetarian. So I request the Angry Burger but substitute the meat patty for a veggie patty. The cashier says she'll let me do it this time since their grill is "broken" and they normally can't do it that way. As if she is "hooking me up". What a joke! I felt like screaming " IT'S BURGER KING YOU DUMMY! I CAN HAVE IT MY WAY!" She obviously doesn't know how to use the substitute button on her register! Aside from her ignorance and tone, the food was normal. I just hate poor customer service. I worked fast food and I expect the same courtesy and compassion that I know I use to give, so why can't...

I stopped going to this BK because it wasn’t clean and the service was slow. I tried them again once they reopened hoping for a better experience.

I’m not sure why the wait is so long but I’ve had to back out of the drive thru line multiple times because I was waiting at least 5 minutes without anyone available to take my order. I figured the drive thru microphone or sensors weren’t working yet. The drive thru line was backup and not moving. I went inside to place my order. The line was long there as well. The prices on the menu didn’t match the prices that were rung up. This is the worst BK experience. It’s fast food it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to place an order and receive my food. Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Customer service is horrible, they act like they're doing you a favor by taking your order! In addition, I think they actually seek out the slowest people on the planet to work there. Management is terrible and when I finally did get my food the burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted and it was missing the tomatoes and pickles. NEVER going back unless they fire everyone that works there and hire a completly new staff that can atleast perform to the level of the high school kids that run them out in town. Someone should really give them a lesson on where they are and who they're serving and how to not act like they're going out of their way to serve you something...
