Olive Oil’s Pizzeria and More — Restaurant in Washington

Odererd a whole flying pig and a grilled fish sandwich on the phone at 515 today. Was told a half hour for pick up. Went a half hour later to pick up my food. Waited in line before even being waited on. Was told my order would be done soon. 10 minutes later I see my order being made. That's over an hour after I placed it over the phone. I finally get my order at 645. When I mentioned the wait the clerk knocked the bill from 31.90 to 24.00. I get home opened my order and everything is burnt. The fish sandwich was so burnt my wife threw it out it was uneditable. $12.00 for a burnt fish sandwich As for the whole flying pig I got, half the meat in the pan was tossed on the floor by the cook. This sandwich cost $17.00. was very upset when I opened my sandwich that the bun was burnt, half the meat missing and the worst flying pig I ever tasted there.at this time I would like to ask the owner if you would return to a place that treats customers like that. I paid good money for bad service. You just lost a good paying customer, I will never...

Normally I don't do reviews but today I think one is warranted. My ordering experience started out great. I easily ordered on the slice app and my food came in a timely manner even during dinner rush. The delivery driver was great as always and is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. When I ippend my hoagie to barely had any meant, was missing the cheese completely and was more toppings than anything else. I called the restaurant to ask if it could be remade and got an attitude from the start telling me that I was wrong and he made and he knew it was right. He then proceeded to put the phone down (without putting me on hold) and talked to his coworkers about how I was lying. Then proceeded to get back on the phone and when I asked to speak with a manager I got told he was one and I'll get my remake when I get it and hung up the phone. Pizza with a passion! From the minute Ray answered the phone I knew I chose the right place to order on a fall Sunday. My son and I were in for a treat! He was not only excited for my selection but ensured me he would make it with love. The team not only went above my expectations but he suggested how to build my order, so I could save a little money. He added a couple tenders for my son, leaving me with me more Philly Cheesesteak pizza lol. He took my order over the phone with a smile on his face and greeted me when I came in to pick it up. Hospitality at a pizzeria 🔥 cheese was well portioned, meat season and crust had a golden crust - cooked to perfection. Wings were truly mild and my sons tenders were crispy!
