Café Elite — Restaurant in Washington

Was very upset with the service. The brown haired girl that works in the morning. I think her name is Jesica, forgot to add flavoriting to my coffee. The part that made me mad was that she told me with an attitude after I had to turn around and go back, that she didn't know if she had time to make me another coffee. EXCUSE ME. She did make me a new coffee but put it on the ledge with out saying a word to me. No I am sorry. no nothing. I have never been so mad in my life. She was super rude and shouldn't be working in that business. I had went back and talked to the manager but all she could do was make excuses for her and say that she would talk to her. I have to give a 1 star due to the dangerous carelessness of the barista today. I ordered a vanilla chai latte with almond milk. She hands me my drink and i take 2 big sips instantly realizing it is not almond milk. I ask her "didn't you use almond milk??" She says oh sorry i forgot and did soy"... I am allergic to soy! When people ask for a specific thing it is for a reason! This was my first stop on taking my son out for our 1 on 1 day he was looking forward to so much. Soy makes me very sick almost instantly which left me no choice but to race back home. She offered only an "oops sorry" after me explaining my allergy. Great coffee the service is outstanding the staff is great. They also have cookies and muffins and sandwiches to go. You won't be disappointed. I just went to my favorite cafe Elite in Bethel Station and found out the Manager quit because after 16 years she wasn't treated as a valuable Manager I may have to find a new coffee shop I have been going to this coffee shop for years and I'm not happy that this has happened I think the management needs to rethink there management of employees.
