Kinza Teriyaki — Restaurant in Washington

Money faced restaurant. Why do you have to charge a plate fee of .50 cents? You mean to tell me I have to buy the utensils to eat at your restaurant? When I asked why .50 cents, Because the prices are high tariffs. lol, what a ridiculous reason, watch their people walking and they won’t charge those ridiculous fees. I should’ve known better walking in this restaurant just by the owners attitude, they were no good, customer service would not even be 1 star. Another thing, as the guy owner was charging me .50 cents after not finishing my food and asking for a to go plate, I told him that it was the last time I’d eat there, can you imagine he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t care and proceeded to charge me. Wow, I should charge them for seeing a cockroach their restroom. I will never eat at this restaurant again, it’s the worse...

Do not eat here. This is the worst teriyaki I have ever had in my life. My girlfriend and I couldn't even finish more than half of our food. My fried rice was extremely bland and contained chunks of black charcoal from extremely burnt chicken. My girlfriend's chicken teriyaki still had hair on it and was extremely dry and burnt. The rice was mushy. The tempura sauce was watery and bland. They don't understand how to season or cook food at all. I will definitely not return here and highly encourage anyone who has not eaten here...

Great local spot for teriyaki & katsu! It might not look like much from the outside, but the food is always fresh and hot, their food inspection rating is great, the service is always friendly.

Have tried quite a few katsu dishes around Spanaway and Kinza is the only one that serves /good/ katsu with a smile that I keep coming back for. The salad dressing is also really delightful, and the combos are super affordable.
