I did an online order and when I went there, the employee told me that she could not make one of the sandwiches that I had ordered. So she told me to pick out another sandwich that was comparable. The sandwich I ordered had three meats on it so I picked another sandwich with three meats and she told me that it was too much of a price difference. So I asked her what sandwich I could get that would be comparable? She told me a one meat sandwich and I told her, but that’s not what I ordered. So I had suggested that she make the sandwich I ordered and just omit the meat that she was out of. She became extremely rude and told me that she could not do that and would have to call a manager to get permission so I told her “yes please do that.” She came back after using the phone and said she could not get a hold of anybody and the only thing that she could do for me is not give me the sandwich and I would have to go online and get a refund. She also told me that we could not eat our sandwiches there in the store. She was totally unapologetic and completely rude for no reason. There was no reason why she could not accommodate me and make a sandwich. I went online there is no one 800 number for customer service or any way for me to get my money back. I called the store four times talking to the manager, trying to get the $15 back for the meal that I never received. All of those four times, she could not talk on the phone or told me that she could not figure out how to get the refund to me. I waited in the store for 30 minutes no other customers were in there other than another lady getting a refund this kid needs some training because he does not know what he's doing. When the manager got off the phone processing the other refund she snapped at the kid and said that's why we don't build sandwiches this big. I would like to add I didn't want my sandwich like that. He just didn't know how to portion correctly. So the management can't get mad at the kid when she herself is not doing her job. The sandwich is sloppyly made and looks like they use the worst quality ingredients since you aren't physically looking at the sandwich when they are making it.
