I donāt usually leave reviews but this was the most disrespectful experience Iāve ever had. Iāve worked in coffee for over 7 years. My parents, maid of honor and I came to get coffee this morning before getting ready for MY WEDDING which my mom mentioned and she still acted like this. This was 9/16 around 6:40am and the woman was probably in her 30s with black hair and a bit skinnier wearing a black outfit. My mom was on one side and my maid of honor and I were on the other side because we were driving to our venue. My mom was really excited and said she was going to pay for us and she already seemed very uninterested, she took their order (2 drinks). Took forever to acknowledge us, once she finally did I told her my drink and she just walked away before we could tell her our other drink. So I waited for a while, she finished the other 2 for my mom and brother so I told her we have another one and she rudely said to wait. My drink was a 16oz iced decaf (Iām pregnant) sugar free white chocolate, little sugar free raspberry americano packed with ice, no water and topped with oat milk, mind you Iāve gotten this from hundreds of different coffee stands and made it for myself and itās always able to be filled to the top. She showed me the cup with like less than a 1/4 cup full and asked if I just wanted a splash of oat milk and I was trying to think of what to say bc it wasnāt correct and she got pissed, rolled her eyes, and slammed the drink and oatmilk down because I was ātaking too longā and said āIāll just waitā then she messed up our other drink and said ānow I messed this upā like it was my fault and threw the cup. I told her how I normally make/get the americano and she argued so I told her to just not worry about it and fill the rest of the cup with oat milk. She gave us our drinks and walked to the window with my mom, and we were waiting bc I wanted to ask for a pup cup for my dog bc I was planning that all morning to give my dog a pup cup who was getting ready with me before my wedding. She saw us waiting while she was waiting for my mom to pay and she said āthey are paying for you, you can goā I said āI know we are leaving with themā and before I could finish she interrupted me and told me thereās a car behind us (who just got there) so we needed to pull forward. I got annoyed now and said okay and laughed. Before I could ask for the pup cup she slammed the window on me. So I waited, I beeped the horn and she was cussing to herself while she counted my momās change and she ignored me. My mom told me she tried to tip $5 and she said ājust goā and my mom said āI want to tip you?ā And she told her to just leave but my mom gave it to her anyway because she had no idea how we were getting treated on our side. So I honked again and I told her I was trying to ask for a pup cup for my dog before we leave and she said āno you guys can just goā and slammed the window shut. On my wedding day and for absolutely no reason she does not need to take her stress out on customers. It was 4 easy drinks and we were very nice until we started getting attitude. Incredibly disrespectful especially on the morning of my wedding. Worst customer service any of us have ever...

He got very lucky when he purchased this busy location but it wouldnāt continue to stay this busy if it werenāt for the help of the past staff and the fact that past customers were already established. He has limited respect for his staff and little knowledge of running a stand but thank goodness he has his families money to support it. Very sad seeing another local stand being taken over by corporate. Especially by someone who only cares about profit and less about his employees and customers. As goes for cutters point customers, tip your baristas. The app does not benefit the employees. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been coming to all your gig harbor locations since i was a kid i have never experienced disrespect from any of your baristas until i go to your bridgeway location 6/13 at 12:30 ish and the barista with the red curly hair and glasses has a nasty attitude. I never usually complain about employees because ive been in customer service myself for 7 years but she has very poor customer service and personal skills.I was scrambling to find my wallet and she decided to say āitās like youāre a distracted driver or somethingā when i was trying to find a cash tip for her. i seriously think you should reconsider her position as i will never be buying from her again. This is not the first bad interaction i have had with her either.
