From March to as recent as June 1, 2020 (because of the pandemic and stay home order for DC) I must've ordered over $500 in food from this location. Francisco (one of the delivery guys) along with the other delivery driver (Indian guy) has always delivered to my door contactless. Even prior to the pandemic I patronized this location for about two years. I have on my online account delivery instructions, sit the food on the floor by the door, knock and step back 6 feet. I will open the door and retrieve the food. This has been going on since late March, it had become so regular delivery guys noticed the pattern and would say see you in two days as they departed. Today I opted to order though the stay at home order was lifted Friday, because I have yet to go grocery shopping. I ordered and waited for the delivery. Dominoes OWN message says there's 3 ways of contactless delivery. 1) pick up in the store, 2) drop off at your door with exposure and 3) curbside delivery. Soon I get a call from the delivery driver telling me to come outside and get my pizzas, they only offer curbside delivery. I told him he's full of it, Francisco and the other gentleman have been delivering to my door for two months now. Gave him the intercom call number for me to buzz him in and immediately hung up. In the interim I called the store asked to speak to the manager and was given to Mardo. While on hold, you clearly hear the 3 contactless options. I explained to Mardo what happened, requested my refund and he accommodated me. That's it for me at this location, I had previously given them a good review prior to...
Read moreI placed an online order after I got off work because I was hungry. I placed the order online and they didn’t even start prepping the food until 35 mins later. I then waited another 40 mins for the food to cook. And 20 for delivery when the store is about a 5min drive from my home. Once I received the food it was absolutely horrible. The chees bread I order was cold and burnt tremendously. The pasta was also cold, watered down, and very disgusting! Once I gathered myself from almost vommitting this horrible new and proceeded to call the store to ask for a refund. The store manager was extremely rude and feminine!! He delegated and made another guy answer the phone and inform me he wasn’t providing a refund and he doesn’t care that the food was bad!!!! They just make it over and drop it off. This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had and to be honest I’ve never been to a store so much where a bunch of grown men Cry, Whine, and Complain like ( Sidity Women). I would never recommend this store to anybody and if you want pizza and come across this store, do yourself a favor and keep walking until you see Papa John’s or Ledo’s because there food and service is the worst in the city hands...
Read moreDomino's location 4362 (6239 Georgia Ave NW, Washington, DC 20011) has the most awful customer service. I called in a large pan pizza for pick-up and was routed to Domino's call center. When I arrived at the restaurant, I paid for the pizza in full, but was then presented with a thin-crust pizza. I asked the cashier (who also claimed to be the manager) if he could redo my order. He replied "if you pay for it." I offered to pay the difference between the pan and thin crust, but he insisted that I pay for a whole new pizza. When I asked for a refund of the first order that they got wrong, he refused.
After explaining my frustration over the matter, he refused service: "how about I just refund you your money and you won't get a pizza." When I asked for a refund receipt, he said "we don't do that."
The manager was so rude and disrespectful. He also didn't seem knowledgable about the company or know how to do his job. He claimed that Domino's doesn't have a call center that takes orders; that only the store takes orders. His pants were also hanging below his waistline, making me question the cleanliness of this location. I'll never order food...
