I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to repeated issues at this location. Unfortunately, this store consistently fails to deliver on the curbside service they advertise through their app and website.
Today, I waited in my car for 10 minutes after checking in for curbside pickup. When no one came out, I called the store and was placed on hold for over three minutes. I then watched the employee who had placed me on hold walk outside with an order, only for my call to be disconnected.
When I went inside to express my frustration and explain what had happened, I was met with a brief apology, asked for my name, and then another staff member called out, “Have a nice day!” in a tone that felt dismissive and mocking given the situation.
What’s most disappointing is that this isn’t a one-time occurrence—it has happened several times. For many of us, curbside pickup is a valued convenience, especially when we have sleeping children in the car. If a business is unable or unwilling to reliably offer a service, it should not be advertised...
Read moreEither Delivery or Pickup on an almost bi-weekly basis for the last 7 years. Kids are happy, adults are fed, and one less thing to stress about on busy nights. Not one mistake on our orders that I can recall, if there was, it was minor or possibly my fault using whatever iteration of the APP Dominos cooperate has at the time. Drivers have been quick, and efficient getting to my house when I don't feel like driving to pick it up myself. They have always earned my 20% tip for their efforts. Since COVID-19 precautions have been in place they are very good with contactless delivery at the house. They run it out to your vehicle if you choose that option in the pickup instruction on the APP. As of April 2021 they have the store open again to pickup in person with quick handover after the APP lets you know your order is ready and you let them know you are heading inside. Seating inside is still off limits as well as the viewing gallery of the pizza artists for little kids to watch them make...
Read moreI ALWAYS order garlic parmesan(sic) sauce on my pizza because I have a sensitivity to tomato's. I normally order 2 pizzas so that l can freeze one to have at a later date. This last Saturday, I ordered two pizzas, one thick crust w/pineapple and ham, one thin crust w/chicken and spinach. My usual order. Imagine my disappointment when I got home and found the thick crust had tomato pizza sauce on it. I had two choices, 1-drive all the way down to get a new pizza or 2-just throw the pizza away and call it a loss. I tossed it, called it a loss, and l will be much more careful about checking my pizza before l leave the store next time. Normally my experiences with Domino's have been good, in fact better than good. Excellent. Just not this last time. Ver...
