Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

Like everything else, Dominos is getting more expensive. I understand there are multiple reasons for this. Labor costs/availability, supply line issues, etc. I don't work there, so I don't know how much any one individual store has control over pricing and advertisement.

That being said, the last few times I have started an order online, I have abandoned it once I see how much it costs. The 5.99 and 7.99 deals that are heavily advertised seem impossible to actually aquire for the stated price.

Every topping seems to be a "premium topping", which makes the pizza cost more. I saw the price of a 3 topping large carry out (red pep, onion, chicken) jump from 9.69 (already more than 7.99) to 12.18 after changing the sauce from tomato to BBQ. That is ridiculous. This is not a cheap meal for a lazy night in anymore. There are far better options at this price point in Kingston.

If you want cheap pizza, go to Safeway. If you want good pizza, get Westside. Domino's is a compromise in both quality and price, with no clear benefit.

This particular store went above and beyond to rectify a mishap that wasn’t any fault of their own purely to ensure the satisfaction of the customer experience. The customer was me and I want to personally thank manager Austin and his crew for going far above and beyond. You all are running a tight ship and your store is a reflection of the culture you have built. Five stars for food as it is ALWAYS HOT and very obviously made with love, Five stars for service because you understand the importance of the customer experience and five stars for atmosphere because you are one of the only places on the map that have charging ports readily available in your stores for customers to plug in while on the go. They have messed up our orders the last 4 times we've ordered from here in a row, and several times before. The staff seems woefully underdeveloped in any aspect of the process, I've waited 15 minutes for someone to give me my pizza ordered online, which was ready before I walked in the door, with no customers in the building. I was told to 'hang on a sec' when I came in, and they proceeded to chat with each other while my pizza got older in front of me and I had to ask again "If I can have my pizza."
