This place obviously has a bad reputation for the bad attitudes and poor quality of food an service from past reviews and most recent reviews. I just left there today on 12/06/24 and was handed drinks, told to park. Parked, waited over 15 minutes, I had to go inside as everyone was getting their food before us in the drive through while we were still waiting. I go inside and the big girl with the red/ black hair was being as slow as she could be making the shakes, she didn’t fill them all the way up like I paid for, she put a dot of whip cream in them sloppily and she tried to hand them off to me MELTED. It was sloshing around melted like they had been sitting the entire time. When I asked for them to fix the shakes and replace the melted one. She was running her mouth saying they are all melted and didn’t want to fix it. Than she ran her mouth some more about how I asked for her to fix the whip cream which she half * did. My food was cold and sitting in a bag on a bag rack the whole time while all the employees were standing around goofing off and talking to each other doing nothing and talking about wanting $0.75 off of cheese so he didn’t have to pay for it. As well as being slow taking their time. Nobody cared that the food didn’t make it to the customer and was sitting. It was filthy inside and there were 5 employees standing around. People needed help. We’re waiting. I had been there far too long waiting and my food was ruined. An than I was disrespected by being talked about for wanting what I paid for and my food fixed. Read morePLEASE READ THIS IS A HONEST TO GOD TRUE EXPERIENCE OR SHOULD I SAY EXPERIENCES yes, plural. The employees are really something to have nightmares about. I went here FOUR TIMES IN A ROW. Every.single.time. they literally skipped my ticket with others 3 times and once dropped it and forgot it. And I don't mean skipped once I stood and waited over 25 minutes every time to the point I almost wanted to think it was a joke on me or something. Then told me every time "oh we waiting on biscuits" as I counted 10+ be handed to customers that ordered after me (not every one counts either I'm talking BACON EGG CHEESE LIKE I ORDERED) Employees 2 out of those four times greeted me with "what do you WANT" like i was a fng problem by coming in a restaurant for food LOL!!! WHAT A WASTE OF FUNDS TO EVEN PAY THESE PEOPLE. And even best of all during the work week they "open" at 5AM BUT LIKE CLOCKWORK, can't even get a response at window until at least 5:20 if you are blessed with their presence, SO IF YOU HAVE A JOB, do not even hope to get breakfast before work. Just wow. WOW. That's all I can say about this waste of real estate. Just to clear things up I have had a few !very few! Friendly encounters with select employees, but food was STILL cold as the moon or had to wait 20 minutes in the driver thru. I guess no form of management or owners even care to look at reviews or even just hang out and see this madhouse in action any day. But with about 5 fast food restaurants for a entire town I guess I'll have to eat here occasionally still unfortunately...
Read moreThe service in the drive thru this morning was very unacceptable. It was busy, as it was the breakfast rush, but the wait is not even what I had a problem with. The lady taking my order was very rude and needs to be given advice on how to talk to others, especially paying customers. When telling her the first thing I wanted she said okay and gave me the total. I politely told her that there was more to my order. She said “well I already sent it through, you’ll have to pull up to the window. I have a lot of cars.” I’m unsure of why she couldn’t just create a second order and I pay for the food in two separate transactions, especially because the line was at a standstill. She eventually asked what the rest of the order was because we couldn’t move up. After being able to pull up, I could overhear her being rude to the people in the car behind us. When we got up to the window the first thing she said was that they were out of hash browns and we were getting fries. I said okay, because that wasn’t a problem. She then started talking to the other employees saying that “well we’re out of hash browns so they get fries or they get nothing.” Also, every time she shut the window, she slammed it shut. She was just very rude and needs to be put in a position where she doesn’t interact with customers. The name on the receipt is Porshia.
