Mi Fiesta — Restaurant in Washington

I was in about three or four weeks ago, but have been busy so just now getting to writing a review. My wife and I both ordered tortas. We called in the order. I would have ordered online, but I was using an Attractions coupon that I had used before, so I couldn't pay online, that's why we called. When I get to the restaurant, they then tell me they refuse to accept these coupons now, even though the coupons are in date and the restaurant has signed a contract with the Attractions corporation. There was no note of Mi Fiesta changing their acceptance policy on their website nor facebook page, and they said absolutely nothing about it when we spoke on the phone to place the order. Additionally, when I contacted Attractions afterwards about this issue, I was told the owner was agreeing to a modified coupon policy and offering 20% off, but they didn't give me this discount, either. Disappointing to pay twice what you had expected to pay. Food is pretty good, though. I probably won't return due to the lack of consideration -- they should have posted the change on their website, on their facebook page, and when people call in an order, instead of just taping a notice...

We are frequent customers. I can tell you that I will never come back to MI Fiesta ever again.When we arrived there was only 1 person there waiting on his food. We waited over 40 minutes on our food. My wife and I both ordered burrito texano. I can't eat shrimp so when the young gentleman brought the burritos there was no way to tell which one was which. I asked the young gentleman, he didn't know nor did he care. He didn't take them back to ask the cook. He left them there for the customer to find out.My mother in laws food was cold and our burritos were Luke warm. Don't ask to split the payment and pay half with cash and the other half with card. No one knows how to do that. Also we waited for like 10 minutes just to check out. We changed our payment method and asked for someone to check us out and the bald waiter started yelling at my wife. We have never felt so unappreciated ever before. We will never recommend or come...

I called my order in as I was on a 30 minute lunch break. I ordered and went thru drive thru to pick my order up. the nice pretty young girl at the window was sweet and very pleasant. I told her I had never been there before and wasn't sure what all they had but I was told the chicken soup was awesome so I got it it came with lime slices not sure what to do with them and a bag of their Salsa chips and salsa it was awesome and enough for 2 or 3 people . it is very good I will surely order it again love the speedy... AM ANXIOUS TO CHECK THEM OUT WITH SIT DOWN MENU AND SOME FINE COMPANY.. I DONT THINK JOCELYN WOULD FIND ANYTHING ON THE MENU TVAT SHE WILL LIKE SHES A...
