They weren't super busy but there's only two servers for some reason. They are super kind but I had to get up and ask for a pitcher of water, since they just didn't have time to refill our waters. We had time to play a game of Scrabble before I gave up and asked. Our food came out after an hour. The people next to us also went up to inquire about their food. The guy behind us was seemingly forgotten and they seemed to have comped him a drink. After eating, I had to go up to the bar to pay because I noticed the guy behind me had been sitting there with his money out, waiting, the whole time I was eating without notice.

So, if you're starving, not going to be quick but it will be delicious. Be prepared for super late food and hope the order is correct. Ours wasn't. We asked for a plain cheeseburger for my kid that came with all the fixings, including lots of mayo, which they hate. We scraped it off for them and thankfully they ate it.

I asked if this was the normal amount of servers here and the guy kindly said "yeah, it's normal" and didn't seem stressed out about it.

If you've got a lot of time to kill and want to watch something on the 9 massive screens around you or drink with your friends for an hour in an unfussy place before getting your food, this is it. If you think you'll get waited on hand and foot with a bomb burger in 20 minutes, this is not the place for you. My husband and I decided to try Hop Mountain as it’s close to our home. Once we were seated, we ordered 15 minutes later. We had ordered one appetizer and two entrees along with cocktails from the bar and a couple of waters. Our food took 1 hour 38 minutes to come out. When our food came out, my order was incorrect. I politely showed her it was not how I had asked for. The waitress was nice and said she’d have them remake it. Well the next one came out and it too came out wrong. We also never received our waters after asking for them twice. We had a friend with us who pointed out the owners as he is a regular there. As we started to leave, I decided to share our experience. I told them the vibe was great, the music was nice but the problem with the food with nothing being promo’d off our tab was surprising since my food was not what I ordered. The owners both said there was a large group and that’s why our food took so long. They did not care whatsoever about the issues we had experienced. Not only have they lost our service but many others whom we host our parties at. This could have easily been resolved but the lack of care will make us not recommend this place to anyone we know. We arrived during a trivia night We were told it would take about 30 minutes before we would get our food. We said no problem. We also ordered an appetizer. We had water. Got the appetizer in about 30 minutes. Water glasses were empty. No refills. Tables around us were getting water. 30 more minutes still no water refills and asked if our food was even started. They checked and were told there were two orders still in front of ours and be another 15. This would have made our time from ordering our food to possibly getting it to an hour and 15 minutes. Still no water refill. We asked to cancel our order and we would pay for our appetizer. Yes it would have been nice if they comped the appetizer as it would have been almost an hour since we received our appetizer and no other food or water. The guy doing the trivia night was awesome.
