The service was slow and the employees complained the whole time. The older lady did not look like she wanted to be there and was on the verge of being rude. The lettuce was starting to brown. The pop machine was not set up correctly so the pop was horrible. There weren't straws out. When asked for straws the older lady was not happy. She said it would be a minute. We had turned around and she left the straws on the counter then went to the back without letting us know she had put the straws on the counter. The bread was over cooked. It was obvious the older lady did not know how to cook bread because she was commenting that there was 8 minutes left on the oven so the bread should be browner. The oven was fine. We saw the bread browning as it was closer to being completed. The tables were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. Read moreHorrible horrible experience. Went into store last weekend to order 2 sub platters and 2 wrap platters for a family event today 5/28. So we ordered with veggies on the side and condiments also on the side. Called me 10 minutes before my niece was to be there to pickup and said they messed up and didn't put veggies on the side. Then to top it off they forgot the condiments on the side. Then final straw is they never answer their phone. I will never eat here and will be filing a complaint with their corporate office. Spent $283.10 and they can't get a frickin thing right.
Hopefully the management at this store has the integrity to call me since I cannot get Hold of them because the store does not answer their phones.

Read moreI attempted to purchase a sandwich from this location 1/7 at roughly 11am. I didn’t realize this sign meant there would be no drive through service at all. The employee came to the window and said “Do you have a mobile order?” I said no. With frustration she says “the window is for mobile orders only, there are THREE signs stating that.” I said “oh okay I’m sorry” and she closed the window, without offering to take my order inside. I understand I made a mistake and everyone has bad days, but if you’re “restoring this location to its former glory” this isn’t a good start.
