The atmosphere and service were excellent for their New years event. I had beef wellington and my wife had surf and turf. The filet mignon was very tender but the pairing with the red wine sweet and savory sauce wasnt my thing while the meat wasnt seasoned much, which had us using the salt a lot. I would have preferred a hollandaise or a creamy horseradish or mushroom sauce for the beef. The red wine sauce did go well with the vegtables. Overall the experience was good and the arrangement of the seating at 4, 6 and 8pm with limited menu made sense but wish there were more items available. The bill for four people was a lil high at $265 with a couple sodas, tea and coffee. We are interested enough to return soon to try the regular menu.

We absolutely LOVE this place. The owners are such hard workers!! It’s family owned and run. And we love supporting them. Their food is delicious and the presentation like that of a 4 star experience. How can they make so many different dishes and do it all well?? Well THEY DO!! This is a place you want to visit. Oh and they have take out too! (Drove through style) We love the atmosphere too! We give it 2 thumbs up and 5 stars!!

Why no pictures of their burger?? Definitely an overlooked item. Burger had excellent flavor, looked amazing, and there were plenty of fries. 10/10 would recommend the burger. In fact, everything I tried here I enjoyed. It is a little on the pricey side, but that’s to be expected for a local restaurant in Lynden, WA to be able to survive..

My spouse and I went for dinner tonight after receiving a gift card for Christmas. We heard good things and were looking forward to it. We had heard it is small and family run so we got their early around 430pm to beat any crowd. We sat ourselves and eventually a young gal came over and simply put menus on the table and walked away. No greeting, hello, "would you like something to drink?" Nothing.

When she came back we ordered dinner. Kung Pao and Chicken Fajitas. The Kung Pao was excellent however the fajitas...the rice wasn't even warm, there was absolutely no seasoning, not even salt on the fajitas, no flavor whatsoever. The chicken was tender however it was incredibly bland. No one ever came back to see how things were and there was only a few people eating besides us.

Eventually we went to the counter to ask about the fajita dish, cold rice, bland chicken and were asked if we would like something else? No sorry, or impression that they actually cared. I ordered what I knew was good, Kung Pao. It came when my husbands was done and was hot, and delicious. Again though, absolutely poor, poor service. No one ever came back to check on us after dropping of the dish, no water refill, how ya doing, etc.

We eventually got our bill and it took at least 30 minutes before we finally gave up and went to the counter again and asked to pay our bill. At that time it had gotten much busier and I asked the young gal if it was only the 2 of them for the amount of customers eating and she rudely replied "Yah". I got the distinct impression that our patronage was not appreciated and I did not appreciate the lack of any decency or customer service. Sad, because it takes minimal effort on their part and it seemed so far fetch for them....

I can honestly say I had the best filet mignon of my life at Infusion. Most places I order medium-rare in hopes of medium; but when my steak showed up at the table I could tell by the sear that it was different. I made my first cut and saw a perfectly seared steak. Light gray exterior, pink immediately and a dark red wine center. Some people may not enjoy their meat this way, but to know that the chef has the knowledge and guts to cook a steak the way it was ordered speakers volume to this restaurant. I will also mention that my waiter asked at least twice if the cut was cooked to my liking, just in case I really meant medium. (as I said, someone may not like a red steak). My wife had the chicken curry. A simple dish at first glance;but as someone who avoids anything curry, my taste may have changed my perception about curry and my wife had find her new "asain night out". In summary; if this place was in downtown Seattle/San Francisco/New York it would be impossible to get reservations, filled with socialites and politicians, and ultimately cost more than the average man can spoil his wife with, but it's not. It's my local hole-in-the-wall, Tuesday night, family-run, little secret. If you've driven by and taken a second look, don't drive by again. Stop for lunch, order take out, or go with a group of friends, you won't regret it. Before this review sounds any more like an advertisement; I'll add that due me living 3 miles away makes Infusion, my new favorite restaurant in Whatcom...

I have not been treated with such a wholesome dining experience in years. First off they're busy. Not a huge space and therefore they may be full when you come. We were lucky enough to have someone from a large family guest us their spare table while they held their youngest letting us take their small spare table.

The most important part was how sorry the (owner?) felt when telling us it might be 30 minutes for a table. She actually looked upset that we would have to wait. My girlfriend and I being from Seattle are used to waiting. Seeing someone actually distraught for having us wait just felt so humbling and happy. Then out of nowhere this family had us take the table.

We were so happy after eating with how the service and the food came out. I ate Italian and my GF ate Thai and while the curry wasn't what she was used to the food made the wait worth the while.

We drove home talking about how floored we were with the service despite the wait, location, etc. We're just happy that family was willing to let us share. I was so hungry I was about to go somewhere else but that family let us see how good this restaurant's family is to...
