I truly believe that your pay check should be determined on your customer service! With that said, customer complaints shouldn't affect that exactly! I think management should have to go back and review the video tapes of employees to see if they are taking the steps to treat customers with manners and handle any all issues the right way! Problems happen sometimes, and when its on the restaurants end, it's important for the employee to explain and apologize..... that's the least you could do! We ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small frie, but we sat at the window waiting for 15 minutes while the lady had an angry look on her face and didn't bother to say a word! I'm an understanding person, but it's just not nice! Could apologize and tell me that it's just going to take a little bit instead of ignoring me and having a temper that no one wants to see!! Then proceeding to hand me the bag without saying a word even after that?! I have been working with customer service in the food department all my life so, when you approach ppl with a caring attitude it makes the biggest difference!!! And you can't let problems get to you so much that customers should have to deal with your negative attitude! There's never any issues...

I once arrived 20 minutes before lunch started. There were numerous people in line waiting to place orders. No one would look our way or wait on us. They were cleaning up and changing over to get ready for lunch. At 11:00 a.m. the manager informed everyone in line that breakfast was over. She was by numerous people that they were in line over 25 minutes and demanded breakfast. Most people got the stores location number and started making complaints. It was only then that we all got our breakfast food. It wasn't the employees fault. Management made that decision to ignore us until lunch. Also we went there for dinner but left when we spotted all the flies sitting on the walls. Disgusting ! I will not go there again and I will tell everyone about my numerous bad experiences. I will recommend that they go...

I just hung up and will not go there no more ..it's disgusting on Jefferson McDonald the people they hired are trash and the inside is trash ..even the white girl at the drive thru they try to talk black ..shes angry about her life so she spreads it .. That black girl š¤”with the weaveš is so rude ... She thinks she looks good in that stinky ugly weave I will never eat...
