I've been here 4 times now and am usually disappointed, but it's so close to where I live so I've given it many chances.
I don't recommend the quesadilla at all, the steak milanese torta was okay, I tried three tacos (carne asada, chorizo, and spicy beef) as well. To be honest everything was pretty bland and underseasoned. Also, they never seem to have any tamales (at least around dinner time) which is disappointing.
However, I got the Mole Poblano last time i stopped in and it was DELICIOUS (the side of rice was good but the side of refried beans was underseasoned)!!! Read moreI have only been once,but was very happy with my order. I had the torta cubana. It was on point! They use oaxaca cheese on quesadillas. I had the squash blossom quesadilla. Very good! I usually judge most mexican restaurants from their salsa and their's was perfect. My partner had shrimp tacos that she enjoyed. I will be back! Next on my list is to try their carne asada in a burrito, followed by the mole poblano and then a sope. Im very happy i decided to stop here on my way downtown. Read moreI had a terrible and disappointing experience here twice. The food good flavor but the oil on the food smelled bad, as if it hadn't been changed in days, this was on my first visit. Disturbingly, there were dead cockroaches on the canned beverages and live ones traversing the walls. To top it off, the individual taking my order was young, inexperienced and very arrogant individual, avoid this place!🤢 I tried supporting my latino community, you can see the little atannaes of the roach...
