Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

BUYERS BEWARE I ordered a pizza called the chicken Mediterranean. Online the entire ingredient list is not available so i called two stores including this one where i made the order and asked if this pizza had black pepper as i have a severe allergy that can result in a ER trip if consumed. They told me it does not, but that they did not have the full list of ingredients on hand to be specific. I was under the impression stores were legally required to have that info but i guess not. Upon bringing it home and beginning to cook it i started having trouble with my throat, after some research online 4 separate sources confirmed the pizza had black pepper, something both stores claimed otherwise. While this did not result in a hospital visit i am however unable to consume the pizza and HIGHLY suggest people with allergies do not even bother ordering as they do not keep a list of ingredients, had i trusted what they told me and consumed it i would be in the ER right now instead of at home making this review....

the customer service needs major improvement ! not one of the employees (4) greeted me, I greeted them. Josh was very cold, and rude when I brought to his attention that the obviously new employee was working sooooooo slow and obviously was confused as to how to make my one pizza. with no other customers in the store I could tell I would have had to wait at least 15 min for my pizza to be made. I simply asked Josh if he could help out making my pizza after waiting 10 minutes and watching the new women struggle making my pizza. No smiles No warmth No understanding, Just cold and rude. Do they have good food... YES! Do they have quality customer service... NO! Is the food worth the increasing prices... NO! Seriously what has happen to "PM" So, this was a weekly go to for a Tuesday or quick dinner idea for years... Plus, I was a customer since the Papa Aldos days... "WAS" is now the key word... I'm not sure "PM" is my pizza of choice now. Especially now after my interaction with the manager there. Big time attitude, felt like I was talked down too and I apparently inconvenienced their personal conversation in the back. I've given them chances to keep my business... I'd rather make my own pizza at home now... Or buy my pizza elsewhere... Who knows, but Papa Murphy's has an issue, and they need to fix this store! Chance are I will...
