Starbucks — Restaurant in Washington

This is about the African American woman that works there.

She constantly makes my drinks poorly and is clearly incompetent. So much so, that I’m starting to think it’s personal. I keep giving her the benefit of the doubt as it is my local Starbucks, but today was the last straw.

Ordered an iced lavender whole milk… it tasted like water. How hard is it to make a drink? The rest of the staff do it well, but she is terrible at her job. & it’s expensive mediocre coffee!

The least she could do is try. Doesn’t take too much brain power to make a cup of coffee. I’ll drive an extra 10 mins to the other location that is consistently amazing.

This has been one of my usual go-to location for about the past six months. Everytime that I've come in here the staff have always been on point. Quality and speed of service are some of their best attributes here. The only downside to this particular location compared with others, is that they do close somewhat early. I arrived here in a Saturday at 8pm sharp, and they were already closed. The are open on Sundays and I've passed a couple of Sundays here doing some work. They're really cognizant about people who come here to work, and they try maintain the music volume at an ideal level for that. Overall this is a pretty decent...

I came in here and bought a drink, and was told that the restroom was out of order. Immediately after being told this an employee gave a restroom key to another gentleman. When I asked him why I couldn’t use the restroom he said it was policy and I explained to him that the policy didn’t make any sense but he did not care. It is inhumane and disrespectful to lie to someone to their face which is what happened. Clearly the restroom was available because the gentleman gave someone a key right in...
