Why is it that i forget my bank card at home, i couldnt return to due to personal reasons and 2 almost 3 weeks later i return to buy my son food for his achivement at school since he loves subway, just to enter and the first thing we hear is, we got in trouble because of you...Like excuse you? First of all ur problems with ur manager are not my problem, second of all why would you get in trouble for a customer making a mistake? Thats dumb. So who ever the person is that told her shes in trouble for me not returning to pay even doh i left the sandwiches is dumb. And i will return cause i need to talk to whom ever is the big boss there. I have been goin to this subway since i was 14, im 31 now and this is the first time i hear something like this. Not only that but my older sister worked at subway for 17years and even shes never heard that. I felt disrespected, but i feel even worst for the employee cause she shouldnt have to get in trouble for a customers mistake. And whom ever got her in trouble i need you to apologize to her, cause she has been great all these years ive been goin there. They don’t honor curbside, it’s dangerous to pull up directly to the store where it’s located so there’s a subway parking lot on the side where curbside was done before so I pulled inside and waited. Never came. I had to call 4 times and finally a woman with an angry tone came outside after I had to pull in front of the store which is literally a main road with no way to pull over, she almost threw my food in my car.
This subway is horrible. Don’t give them your money.
Edit: This isn’t the first or second time they’ve messed my order so I hadn’t been back in awhile but others have complained about this store and I’ll be filing a complaint with the proper agency to investigate this location. Read moreI came here to get a sandwich and they gave me a meat that tasted funny. when I asked for a new sandwich naomi or the what the young lady’s name was refuse to make the sandwich until I started calling the number on the receipt, which was just the number to the store. So then she offered to make a new one but was very rude to me. She said, you need to make sure you get the right meat cause I’m not making another one. At that point I just wanted a refund and she refused to give it to me. I didn’t feel like arguing so I just left, empty handed. When i walked out I called the store and asked for the manager and then was hung up on. I was trying to reach Doris Ramos.
