The younger Asian looking guy who was working Monday April 19th at 5:30pm was rude and unprofessional. First off he had no name tag, airpods in both ears and his mask was down below his nose the entire time. He was rude and short with the customer in front of us which continued when it was our turn. He acted like even helping us was a hassle. The cups we paid for for our meal were the wrong ones(he said the larger ones were out of stock) and rather than offer a refund we got a, "I don't know what to do. Read moreIt's now 9:11 in the morning on Sunday, they are supposed to open at 9, doors locked and restaurant still not open. It's not the first time this has happened at this location. It's be fine, except we stop here to grab daughters lunch on the way to her work and need to be in and out quickly. It should not be that hard to open at the scheduled time. I'd be fired if I did the same thing

He mention that they couldn’t order food online and demand they pay original price for the meal. He charge my son full price of 1 sandwich and told him he was getting a meal.
