Subway — Restaurant in Washington

I ordered my food through the app and got a message it was delivered at my address except it wasn't dropped off at the correct address. This has happened before. When I have ordered through the app it will change my address for some reason. Because I ordered it through the app I called the store to speak with someone. The employee Ashley I was speaking to was very unprofessional, rude and lacked any customer service respect. Before I could even explain or ask questions she kept saying once it leaves the store it is not there fault and there is nothing she can do. When I told her if I ordered it through the app and I asked who I needed to speak with, she literally said it wasn't her problem. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. She then told me she was the manager. So now I am shocked a manager was speaking to me this way. She finally told me one of her managers would be in the next morning. Then Ashley called me 4 hours later to tell me the person who got my food called the store and said I could pick up my food at their house. Really, 4 hours later I get a call to go to some strangers house? I am really displeased with the outcome of this. Not only did I end up paying for food I couldn't eat, but I was treated with such disrespect even when I wasn't even being rude. I was asking what the process was for when stuff like this happens. This is the second time in a row I have had issues with this stuff. Not just a week ago I was giving a sandwich missing ingredients but also poor food quality. I really hope you get better employees at this location because you lost a customer.

Because I had a problem with my order last week nobody called me back considering what I ordered all the ingredients weren't even on the sandwich. Kinda hard to eat a dry sandwich with no mayo and nasty soggy tomatoes 🤷🏻‍♂️

The last few times I've ordered a sandwich through the app for food at this location and it has not been the greatest. At other locations they will have whatever I ordered on there pickup shelf ready for me to pick up. Haven't had any issues at other locations. At this certain location they don't read the notes. This is the second time I've gone and something was missing from my order. I didn't get my chips which is half my fault for not double checking. If I am picking the chips or cookies out on the app, why can't they all be included in my bag? Other locations don't have a issue with it so I was wondering why this location is different. I went to this Subway on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2025 and realized I never left a review when I had an ideal experience. So what made it great was Shah, an employee who works Sundays and Thursdays and maybe more. I was greeted with a smile, quick service in making my to-go sandwich, friendly and short conversation (since no one else was there), offered upgrades and I tried a raspberry cookie which was good, and he wished me well when I left. Besides making my sandwich perfectly and the place being especially clean, his cheerful friendly demeanor is what sets him apart.
