I love food trucks that do it all right with a simple menu. Everything we had here was delicious.
This is a food truck, so decor, service, and cleanliness aren't really big issues. So nearly all of the score rests on their superb food. That said, the stools could use replacing but the picnic tables were sturdy and clean, and service was friendly.
The food itself is top notch for a full service restaurant, much less a taco truck. The asada meat wasn't cheap ground beef, the adobada was juicy and tangy, the pollo was cooked but not dry, and the fish was lightly fried/seared and perfectly flakey.
