Subway — Restaurant in Washington

I went in and asked for a steak and cheese wrap, with the same toppings I always order, which would’ve been fine if the girl making the wrap would have know how to properly make a wrap. She rolled it the wrong way to start, and when I asked her if she would cut it in half she said “you won’t be able to eat it right if I do” . And I thought that was weird so I asked if she could re roll it so she could cut it in half and her response was “No, I can’t.” And that her “boss told her to let customers know that we can’t cut wraps in half if you want to be able to eat them.” Well, when I got home and attempted to eat it I quickly realized that I would not be able to eat the wrap in a wrap form because if I did, I would’ve had one side with all meat and one with all veggies. I’m not usually one to complain but, I feel like this could’ve been avoided, if this employee was properly trained on how to make a wrap, which should be able to be cut and has always been wrapped so meat and veggies of equal part are on both sides, as well as cut in half. Instead I’m eating a salad because the employee simply didn’t want to fix the wrap or remake it so it would be correct. I’m paying for it so, in my opinion, It should be what I want. On 9/28/2024 i ordered 3 sandwitches and a dozen cookies on the app. The app told me my order would be available in 30 mins. I went to the store and found out that there was only one person working and there were 4 people in line. i asked when they thought my order would be available and they did not know. I waited in line and when it was my turn i found out they were out of cookies. They did not know how to cancel my order and had to call the manager. there should be a way they can turn off orders on the app when they are really busy. it is dissapointing when you get to the business and find out you cant get your order. I waited over 45 mins for my order and when I got it i found out they totally screwed it up. the sandwitches...

Worst sandwich ever! I never write reviews but when it's this bad I feel like somebody needs to say something. If you want your sandwich made properly I recommend not going thru the drive thru. Got a foot long tuna asked for pepper jack cheese I got no cheese, he put a pound of onion on it, asked for just a little jalapeno and I got like 30 of them and then wanted light chipotle sauce and he gave me half the bottle. I got home to eat and I saw this nasty onion and jalapeno sandwich, couldn't even taste the tuna, ended up throwing the sandwich away after taking off a lot of ingredients and only taking a few bites.
