Taste Of China — Restaurant in Washington

We went in for the first time hoping for good Thai food. Sign says Chinese and Thai, so one would think, right? We weren't offered menus and were directed to the buffet so I don't even know if they have a menu. There wasn't any Thai food, the buffet items were warm at best, and all the dinner items were bland. Very bland. I didnt finish anything on my plate, and I'm praying I don't get food poisoning. The only thing the "server" did was clear plates. She didnt even ask why I left so much food on my plate, lol!! She didn't offer any refills on our beverages, though I saw her refilling the other guests. Will...

IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!

We had to ask the front cashier person to tell the kitchen to fill the buffet, not once, not twice, but THREE times!! And then she had the audacity to ask us what was empty so I personally showed her a dozen dishes that were completely empty; and stayed empty for almost 20 minutes!!

We never got our drinks refilled!!

Had to ask for silver ware and straws!!

The overall quality of the food was awful and the customer service was next to none!!

Visited twice, first time they got 2 orders wrong, second time 1 order was completely missing. Food was bland and tasteless. Communication skills of the staff members is absolutely horrible. Literally had a 15min argument over their mistakes when the gentleman finally admitted he was wrong.
