We eat a ton of Thai food, and this is the best Thai restaurant in every way. Upon entry, we were immediately greeted by our waiter who was genuinely happy to welcome us. The restaurant was nicely decorated and extremely clean. The menu had dishes we don't normally see on the menu. We chose the Cashew Nut Chicken and the Yellow Curry. We eat these dishes quite often and helps us establish a "baseline" for comparison. The Cashew Nut Chicken was large proportioned with a ton of chicken that was perfectly cooked and didn't have any weird texture or "after-taste". The sauce was allowed to develop, and the viscosity was perfect. The seasoning was perfect, and the flavor exploded. Cashew nuts were aplenty, and the vegetables have lots of variety and color. The Yellow Curry was superb, and my husband thinks it was the best tasting curry he's ever eaten. Prices were in line and considering the portion size was ample, it was a value for the money. We had enough to take home for one person to enjoy a meal later. The waiter was extremely attentive and friendly, and we enjoyed the whole experience. This is our new "go-to" place and luckily, we live close since they'll be seeing us a lot very soon. Please check out this great new addition to Snohomish. You won't be disappointed and it's nice to have them part of...
Read moreI wanted something fast for lunch, got the crab wonton and gyoza. They're 10 dollars each. I should have asked how many to an order so that's on me. However, it's only 6 per order.. the gyoza were not special. The crab wontons.. were the worst excuse of a wonton I've ever experienced. I would bet they had a half tablespoon of filling. 90% fried wonton wrapper that just turned into dust. It's imitation crab. Not real crab. 10 dollars should have gotten me like 15 at least for what they were, which was wonton dust. Everything on the menu seemed to have 3 to 5 dollars added to the menu. And for what? The decor? I also had a sad excuse for a 5 dollar steamed veggie side. 100% from a frozen bag of carrots broccoli beans and bokchoy. Like idk add some sauce or a single grain of salt? Anything? My bill came to around 35 dollars for some of the most plane Jane thai food I've ever had. Don't let their decor fool you. This was a rip off to say the least. Don't offer apps if you're only going to give me 6 pieces of nothing for 10 dollars. This isnt fine dining thai food. I would pick anywhere else that's actually going to feed me for that price. Really great decor. It screams "this is what we did with all the extra money we charged...
Read moreThai food of this caliber is rare. This is easily one of the best Thai restaurants in Washington state. Every time I go, the food is on point - the sauces are never broken, the vegetables are vibrant and fresh, and the flavors are always dialed in. The dishes are never rushed out, and everything always comes perfectly prepared.
The chefs clearly care about the quality of food they put out, and are very skilled at everything from food prep to plating & presentation. It's the little details that really stand out.
All of the dishes are good but the curries are exceptional, especially the avocado curry. The coconut milk they use is significantly better than the other Thai restaurants - this tastes like the coconut milk that a Thai grandmother would use in her home cooking, and I just don't see other Thai restaurants coming anywhere near the depth and level of flavor these curries have.
The prices are very good considering the quality of the ingredients is so high. I hope the owners continue using the same ingredients (especially that coconut milk) and the chefs continue preparing such phenomenal food - it's working out very well so far, and is what sets this Thai restaurant apart from all...
