Disregard "I have been to this Tropical S.C. every day since its opening. I understand entirely the comments about the frozen smoothies.
That happened all of one time, and probably on the same day. The smoothies before that day and after that day were awesome! I also had them remake my smoothie on the day mine came back far too cool.
They remade it perfectly š Everything here is new, and they correct errors.
One bad experience is not the end of the world. That's barely enough to even get a statistical metric.
The tropical smoothie cafe is a tropical smoothie cafe. It won't solve world problems, but it will make great smoothies!"

I will not be ordering from this location again. I feel pressured into making my earlier positive comment and now understand why, but the comment no longer reflects my experience. Please read other reviews for a more accurate picture.
To me, this location frequently makes mistakes with my orders. While I understand errors happen, the way management responded to me today was a mistake and unacceptable. There was no error with todayās smoothie, but I was treated as though I was being dishonest or unreasonable (BLINDSIDED). I felt ambushed, which cannot be what the owner wanted in approaching me, so I moved to concerned.
I was told there is a āspecial processā and a āspecial signā for reorders. How lucky the sign is not here (I did not know that was Tropical Smoothie Cafe Policy, did you?)!!? I think and say I have never encountered that in any business in my life. To me the owner was gaslighting intentionally or not. Of course, the cure for that is stay on topic no matter what. They go left, force the mid. They go right, force the mid. They do anything, force the awkward conversation in the daylight. Normally, they run. Move the conversation elsewhere and limit who can hear.
If I did anything wrong tell me now. The owner, after advising me before of the āspecial processā, a āspecial signā for reorders, and how lucky the sign is not here, says āHe never said I did anything wrong.ā This is after taking me outside the store. Totality of the circumstances much sir. Gaslighters NEVER bring in the full conversation do they? So predictable.

I knew I was 100 percent right, but was ready to hear direct honest argument for why I should not get what I paid for!? Owner ended the conversation once I kept returning things to that.
I made sure to say I will not change anything of my behavior if I am not being told I did something wrong. My life has been in the direct help of the American People. I just want a smoothie. Smoothies sometimes have errors. This place has turned errors to mistakes. If it is not right, I will Doordash. Solved, but do not talk to me as of I am not an educated customer!
I have worked in customer service myself and understand mistakes happen, but it is the businessās responsibility to correct them without belittling customers. Make sure you first ask for the customerās experiences before offering or doing anything to make sure the situation does not start off with the customer being on full guard when they are just picking up the smoothie. You deal in food. Trust is important!
Customers: Do not allow yourselves to be gaslit. If an order is wrong, you have the right to a correction without being treated poorly.
P.S. The first thing I said to their Special Process was sure! If they want to make sure my order is incorrect first I had no issue. However, the convo continued. I found their mistake in logic. The Smoothies artists? Might have lied to you sir. I do not get what I get from the orders being wrong? One slip. Trash. Complain. Judge Judy does a whole steak...

Giving away feee coupons certainly brings out a type. A type that hold up lines and makes you not want to return. I was also confused when I ordered an aƧaĆ bowl, something normally made in a blender, being delivered to me rock hard frozen.
