West Valley Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Washington

This afternoon I was kicked out of this establishment for sticking up for my niece. Someone had too much to drink and said they were going to fight my niece and her boyfriend. I tried to de-escalate the situation and because I was talking to them I got kicked out by the bartender named Heidi. Heidi has got to be the worst bartender I have ever met. She will overcharge you for drinks and she has a horrible attitude. There is nothing personable about her at all. I have been attending this bar for almost a year and have made some great friends and reconnected with friends from long ago. However the bartender known as Heidi is definitely a wrench in the system. If the West valley bar and grill would fire her and hire somebody with a conscious disposition it would be most profitable for the West valley bar and grill. Party of 10 and we waited 30 minutes to place a drink order. Waited another 30 minutes to place a food order. After an hour and a half was told our food wouldn’t be up for another 20 minutes. 20 minutes later and our food hadn’t even been started. After almost two hours we cashed out our drinks and left. Hello! I’ve been apart of west valley for many years and have loved the area. West valley tavern is a wonderful bar and restaurant. Each bartender is so sweet and amazing.
