Yum's Carry Out — Restaurant in Washington

The worst place to buy food frm. I am in a wheelchair and I have steps in my apartment so I couldn't get out to the car. The guy said he couldn't get out of the car to bring me the food in the building he called the restaurant to see if he could come in and about my situation and they said no. So I asked him if he would come in if I gave him a $10.00 tip (just to see if he could come in) and he said yes he would come in. I told him to keep the food. That is sad how they treat the people who buy food from them a lot. I hope no one else that looks at the reviews buy from them. The food is VERY disgusting. It made me sick.(how do you mess up shrimp with broccoli??? The shrimp tasted like it was fried then soaked in some sauce for days) They told me to pay with a credit card over the phone I had to show my ID to the driver. Ok... I was fine with that. When the driver got there (over a hour later) I couldn't find my ID. So it took me literally 2minutes to get outside. But he called me again to tell me to hurry up. (annoyed) I told the driver I couldn't find my ID and he gave me the food anyway. For all he knew I could of found the card on the street. He just said show it next time. There will NEVER be...

I really didn’t want to write this review because I always have a decent experience with them , but the lady that’s taking orders need to work on having better custom service ! I dislike a person that starts off rude then try to play nice with a have a great day ! You didn’t greet me when I first came in !! All you get is “ picking up or ordering “ with an attitude. My last order ,,, smh I don’t even want to talk about it, y’all may never want to go back !
