Beware do not move in any of their properties.Especially 1708 r st se mice infested, loud neighbors and always kids in the hallways. Mailboxes are not secured. Maintenance doesn’t want to respond or do their job until you contact Department of buildings. It literally took maintenance 2 years to respond and fix mold that was all in my bedroom wall. I developed asthma from living there. I developed asthma from living with the mold they wouldn’t fix until I called department of buildings. You can literally hear mice in running in the walls all times of the day. Multiple holes around baseboards from mice digging through walls with maintenance refusing to patch the holes up, and finally after DOB got involved and fined the property multiple times they decided to fix the wall. They literally worked on the wall while I was home and then left the wall unfinished putting only plastic on it because they were ready to get off. I had sleep in my apartment with no wall just plastic. They send emails out faithfully days before rent is due but can’t even provide tenants with safe living conditions.Then to top it off I got an emergency move due to the conditions I was living in and they tried to charge me for 2 additional months because I didn’t give a 30 day notice. Money hungry, poor living conditions and staff don’t do their job. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend moving to any of their...
