After many years of doing business and never had an issue i was met with a not so pleasent attitude when told that the scale was closed.. when i asked what time it closed i was toldin a rude manner 530 then when i asked the time i was told in the same manner 530 .... When i started to explain that i had drove from Stonewall and had never been turned away at the exact minute of their dead line or even a few minutes past on a couple of occasions.....Or spoken to in a manner. I would have hoped to have gotten some understanding that you would not be opened tomorrow and that i did show up before 530 as a car was appatemtly broken down in front of the roll up door.......which would have surely allowef me to be at the scale before the 530 dead line that was such a problem without concern of what 1 minute that was on time or how it 5 mins pasted your time should have been worth it and do what would have been the right thing to do...Lisa im sorry to even feel the need to write this and do inderstand we all have our bad days... Just felt you should...

Come to correct my initial review and change my rating to five stars, initially a problem arose with prices for my metals after contacting the owner and speaking with her through email we established the problem, come to and agreement and solved the issue at the end of the day. Don't go to this place. A few weeks ago I came in to sell ALUMINUM. The man that works there put 70 lbs of aluminum on his scale ,he sent me to the office and I got a check for $7.00.i thought it was a little low so Basically I got paid 10 cents per lb like regular scrap.
